  • Children and extra bed policy

    Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for AUD 10 per person per night when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for AUD 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

  • Important Information

    Please inform Peppers Beach Club of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. When booking for 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Cairns Ironman Event Traffic Alert: Captain Cook Highway closed Palm Cove-Port Douglas, 5:30am-5:30pm, June 16th. Alternative route via Mulligan and Kennedy Hwy takes 3.5-4hrs to/from airport. Williams Esplanade & Cedar Road, Palm Cove closed 4am-12pm. If you have any questions regarding the above or your booking prior to Sunday 16 June 2024, please call 1300 987 604. We thank you for your understanding the inconvenience this may cause and we look forward to welcoming you. Due to necessary road repairs, a section of the Captain Cook Highway between the Rex Lookout and Turtle Cove, Wangetti, will be closed to all traffic from May 15–22, 2024, between 9 p.m. and 4 a.m., weather and construction conditions permitting. Traffic will be allowed through the roadworks site from both ends at 11 p.m. and 1.30 a.m. Full closures will occur on the nights of May 19 and May 20, where the scope of works will mean traffic cannot be let through. The Department of Transport and Main Roads anticipates that further full closure dates may be required. The dates of full closures are dependent on the progress of work, weather, material supply, and construction conditions. No night work will occur on the following dates: 24 May–26 May: The road will remain open for Port Douglas Carnivale. 1 June, 8 June, 15 June (the road will remain open to allow access ahead of the Iron Man event), and 16 June (changed traffic conditions and closures will be in place). Work will resume on June 17, 22, June 29, and July 6, 2024.
